Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Updated Tuesday 24th March 2020
To protect our staff and customers, we are making some changes to the way we trade from tomorrow (Wednesday 25th March) . Our doors will be closed to customers to browse and select their own produce.
Customers who are able to collect from can come to our porch and place their order, which we will make up for you. We will then take payment by card. If you have a large order, you can email (preferable to phoning please) firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, phone number and order, by 3pm the day before you wish to collect.. We will do our best to fulfil your order, but please remember we have limited stock of some products. We will phone you when your order is complete to take payment over the phone and give you a time to collect from our porch (or car park if that is preferable) .
Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries, we are limiting our deliveries to 10 per day. These will be for ESSENTIAL deliveries to Cranbrook and Benenden only. Please state in your email to email@example.com why delivery is essential to you. You are welcome to send a friend to collect your order for you if delivery is not essential.
Our plant section is technically still open, but we would like our customers to follow government advice regarding leaving your home only for essentials. However if you are collecting from us, you are welcome to collect something from there at the same time.
We will be closed on Sundays until further notice.
Please bear with us whilst we transition to this new system, there are going to be some hiccups / adjustments along the way….
Sorry this is such a long post !
Take care lovely customers, from your team at Cranbrook Farm Shop
